March 23, 2020
Honolulu Mayor Kirk Caldwell issued an emergency order effective Monday March 23rd. As construction related businesses can continue to operate, we will continue to sell, deliver and arrange for installation of your windows and doors.
We want to assure you, our valued customers that we are concerned for your safety and have taken steps to protect our team members and the community. We are constantly modifying our procedures toward this end and to comply with government and public health recommendations. We are scaling back operations as required while continuing to serve our customers with the following modifications:
- Showroom: The showroom is open from 9am - 4pm. In order to minimize contact we are staggering personnel; much of our admin personnel are working remotely from home. For the protection of our team, our customers and our community, all surfaces in the showroom and offices are wiped down and disinfected numerous times throughout the day. You will be asked to maintain 6 ft distance from other customers and personnel.
- In-Home Appointments: All window and door measurements will be conducted from outside of your home to mitigate any risk. Our design consultants will wear masks.
- Delivery and Installation: Deliveries and installations will be conducted normally; installers work almost exclusively on the exterior of your home. We do not anticipate any disruption in our service. Installers will wear masks at your request. For additional wellbeing, you can elect to leave your home during the installation process.
- Warranty Work: All non-essential warranty or repair work will cease immediately. We plan to resume warranty operations as soon as the current crisis ends.
Assuring you of our very best attention,
J M Griffin - President
