Discount Windows & Doors provides a wide spectrum of products in many materials, styles and colors. We offer windows manufactured in Vinyl, Fiberglass, Aluminum and Wood. The majority of windows sold have lifetime warranties and all are supplied with stainless steel hardware and heavy duty screens as standard. We only provide windows that have stood the test of time in Hawaii’s harsh tropical, marine climate – we have thousands of installations to prove it!
Vinyl Windows
A vinyl frame is made from a compound – a recipe of sorts – that dictates its performance over time. Each additive to a company's vinyl recipe helps determine the long-term characteristics of the final product. Its weather and impact resistance, for example how it handles the summer heat and marine environment of Hawaii. For years, architects and builders have specified aluminum windows for their overall strength and lasting value. Because of their rigidity and durability, aluminum windows can be configured into large combinations with a large glazing area for maximizing views. These benefits keep aluminum popular as a frame material, but aluminum windows are much different than the aluminum windows of the past.
Discount Windows & Doors approaches aluminum windows as a design element – not as a low-cost alternative to vinyl or wood. As a result, our unique aluminum windows are found in homes and projects ranging from entry-level homes and multifamily projects to high-end custom homes and large commercial applications. There are two finishes available; anodized and Kynar powder baked enamel. Anodizing provides adequate weather protection under most conditions and offers several standard color choices. Powder Baked Aluminum however offers literally thousands of color options and a hard enamel coat offering protection that will last for many years. We also offer a textured wood grain finish manufactured by Decoral, a revolutionary process developed in Europe which has the durability of traditional powder coating but the look and feel of real wood.
Fiberglass
Fiberglass itself is nothing new. It's been floating boats and adding strength to ladders for years. But until recently, the complex profiles required for window designs have been impossible to attain with fiberglass. We offer a window and door system that's impervious to water, cold, heat, insects, salt air and ultraviolet rays. The end result: efficient windows and doors that maintain their beauty in every season, in any climate, and you guessed it; is perfect for Hawaii. We offer you two distinctive choices when it comes to Ultra™ and WoodClad™manufactured by Milgard. When you look at a Milgard Ultra series, you might think that it's painted wood. Or in the case of our WoodClad series, you might even think it's made out of solid Douglas Fir.

Wooden Windows
Less popular than vinyl, aluminum and fiberglass, the wooden window offers very unique qualities. We offer traditional wooden windows or aluminum clad wood windows – offering the warmth and feel of real wood but with the weather protection and color options of aluminum. Eagle windows offer a wide range of design options and color choices. Choose from industry-leading selections of 50 exterior colors, 6 Class 1 anodized finishes, decorative glass options, divided lite patterns and accessory trim metals. Factory interior finishing and Wood windows are available with primed, unprimed (fingerjointed) or clear (non-fingerjointed) exteriors to allow a variety of finishing options.
