Single Hung windows are a cost effective vertical slider offering trouble free operation. The stainless steel balance system applies a constant force so the lower sash lifts and lowers easily – and stays where you put it. They never sag and never need adjustment. Single Hung windows can be mulled together for replacement in large openings or can be joined to other window styles to provide an architecturally designed appearance.
