Whether you live on the ground or the 60th floor or are involved with the construction of a new highrise, we have a window and door system ideally suited to your situation. High Rise buildings present a number of challenges quite different to residential dwellings; high wind loadings, driving rain, commercial building codes and extreme exposure to the elements to name a few. Commercial windows and doors are offered in Kynar paint or Class I Anodized finishes, with stainless steel hardware and the option of small missile or heavy missile hurricane proof glass.

Installation
Our patented receptor system enables the windows to be installed from the interior on any floor, this dramatically cuts costs, improves waterproofing and safety. All installation teams are independent, licensed and insured contractors with many years of experience in this field and use the very best materials; plastic horseshoe shims are used for longevity and to prevent twisting or rotting, stainless steel screws and bolts are always used for fastening, the correct size Backer Rod is used for filling gaps before caulking, Dow Corning 791 or 795 is used as our standard caulking. The Ala Wai Plaza, Marco Polo and the Kahala Regency are examples of recent installations.
